Parts were not a dealership stock item. Adrien kept me informed of the parts and service progress with updates regarding repair progress. Resolution of Windshield Issues - Service Excellent Adrian coordinated a resolution that was an easy fix and honest. Another Ford dealership had diagnosed the issue and quoted $850 to repair. Adrian's recommendation cost $0 and the glass repair shop did the work for free. Needless to say, I am now a loyal customer of Interstate Ford and will drive the extra distance for the great service. Worst Customer Service I called the dealership at 7:30 in the morning to ask if they had time to squeeze in a alignment and i was told i could drop it off but they could not I called the dealership at 7:30 in the morning to ask if they had time to squeeze in a alignment and i was told i could drop it off but they could not guarantee it to get done that day, which was fine i didn't mind leaving it for a few days if i had too. Mary Jo was not a pleasure to speak with but i still dropped it off. When i checked in with the Adviser i did not feel very welcomed and felt like i was bothering them...about 5 hours went by and i had not heard anything so i called to see if they thought they were going to get it done so i could figure out my day and a ride home if i could not get the truck back and Mary Jo was very rude again and made sure to point out that i didn't have an appointment (which i knew this when i dropped it off but i did not want to drive the truck with new tires and the alignment being off). I picked the truck up right away and I called Loveland Ford and they are about to finish up the alignment right now as i write this review. More
Excellent service for a walk-in on a busy Saturday. Quick Repair of my 2015 Ford Super Duty Josh is the best. Was able to get me in to fix a check engine light with no hassle. He did what he said he would do, when he said he would do it. He was up front and honest and to me that is the most important thing a service department can do. All I ask for is the truth and there was no question that Josh followed through with that. When I picked up the truck, Mary Jo was there to answer my questions and she did that with a great attitude. She did not make me feel rushed and did a great job putting the finishing touches on a great experience. Thanks to all of you. More

Service Department Outstanding Our 2011 Ford Escape was having problems going into limp mode while driving. Brighton Ford was unable to identify the problem. Interstate Ford found diagnostic codes saved in the computer and fixed the problem. While they did have the vehicle for a day and a half, having the problem fixed is well worth the wait. They are moving to a new, larger, facility next door, which will no doubt solve the wait time. Josh Anderson and Mary Jo Furletti made the visit pleasant by simply being friendly! I will continue to drive a few more miles from Brighton to receive quality service. More
