I had spoke with another dealership before Ford, and was not happy with their response. I called Ford and had a very pleasant response and they had my car in and fixed the next day. I am very happy with the service I received on my F250. I had the Works service package on Saturday morning. I have an appointment schedule to have my oil changed and tires rotated. After waiting for an hour, I walked up to the service desk to find out how much longer I should expect this 20 minute job to take. The tires rotated. The gentleman at the services desk explained no one had touched my truck yet, but it would only be another 30 minutes or so. Waiting 90 minutes for a simple oil change and tire rotation when I had an appointment is ridiculous!!! More
