Staff were super friendly and helpful - she explained my whole inspection report to me at checkout! After a decent sales experience it seems interest in customer service has fallen off a cliff. The service department is great so long as you have no questions. At that point confusion reigns. In addition to a general lack of expertise with both of my vehicles the surliness exhibited by the desk employee is very off putting. Also, in the middle of a pandemic, the employee greeted me maskless. It short, a general lack of respect towards me as a customer and my health. I will never go back to this dealership! More
