I was in a snow storm and my heater wasn’t working so I pulled over to a gas station to see if I could get help. Jeff Duvall a service manager at the Ford dealership was the one to drop everything and get pulled over to a gas station to see if I could get help. He not only told me I was out of antifreeze but was able to let me know the temp gauge wasn’t working as well as the direction of airflow from my heater into the cab wouldn’t go on defrost. He put the antifreeze in my truck and let me know what his concerns were that without him I would have been stuck on the side of the road in a snow storm with no heat. He put me as a priority and I am more than grateful for his professionalism, willingness to help, and his over all knowledge on assessing the situation and getting me back on the road and safe at home. I believe he saved my truck and I’s life literally. HUGE THANK YOU TO JEFF!! More
Took my car to them with concerns of a Shimmy in the front end, at slow acceleration and turning left. I got a call stating that they could not find anything wrong with my car. I told the service guy I would be there after work. He said OK. I got there at 6:15 and there was no one there for me to receive my car. Mind you the guy who called me did not give me a closing time. I assumed, my fault that they were open till eight like the dealership.The girl in the dealership, concierge‘s, was sitting at her desk on her phone, with her red lipgloss sitting on her desk in front of her. I stood there for three minutes and finally I said hello. She said I’m sorry it’s almost the end of my shift. They were able to call someone back so I could take my car home . I drove away with my car still having a Semi in the front in. More

A couple Friday’s ago, I had a flat tire and was stranded about a mile from Interstate Ford. I called Jenna in Service and she arranged for Charlie to come change the tire, get me back to Interstate to air about a mile from Interstate Ford. I called Jenna in Service and she arranged for Charlie to come change the tire, get me back to Interstate to air up the “donut” and sent me on my way. All I can say is WOW!!! In these times when customer service seems to be out the window, Jenna and Charlie went above and beyond my reasonable expectations to take care of my problem. My husband and I have dealt with Interstate Ford for many years and this is just one of the many reasons why. Your entire staff is professional and courteous and always have the customer’s best interest at heart. Thank you to Jenna and Charlie for turning a bad situation into a very good ending. More

Sales person was great. Service has been poor. Bought an extended warranty with oil change included. Service continually attempts to charge for oil change. I have to Service has been poor. Most recent, Dropped the vehicle off for a major issue, Service found no issues after I clearly described how to reproduce the issue. It took 2 months to get in for the service. Kept the car for 2 days and did not offer a loaner. I had to rent a car. So a warranty service still cost me since no loaner was provided. When purchasing the extended warranty, finance mentioned all service would be covered. This question was specifically asked. Turns out, not all is covered. I will not purchase a Ford again. More
