My situation was a little different than most. I was in the process of buying a house and needed to sell my 2021 Ford F150 so I didn’t have the debt from the loan. I stopped in to talk to someone about buying my truck from me and met with Dave Pogue. He completely understood my situation and said they would be able to help me. I called Dave the following week to tell him I was ready and then went down to meet him. He was able to give me a fair price for my truck, the paperwork was minimal, I was in and out in no time, and they had my loan paid off within 5 business days. Dave was amazing, honest, and very kind regarding my situation. I have bought 3 or 4 vehicle’s from this Interstate Ford and have used them for my services. They are the best! When I’m ready to buy my next vehicle I will no doubt go back to them and Dave Pogue! More

My experience buying my vehicle was the best I have had at a dealership. Kelly Frank was exceptional (5-stars) and made the process extremely smooth and easy. He shared information with me throughout the process that although wasn't exactly what I wanted to hear was fair, accurate and professional. There were two (2) major challenges/issues. First, I initially ordered my Ford Maverick in May 2022. Due to supply chain issues and manufacturing delays there was/is no planned start date for the completion of the vehicle I ordered. Kelly was able to find me a vehicle (hybrid Maverick) that the original buyer decided not to purchase. Therefore, I was offered the vehicle and purchased it. I am still looking to purchase the vehicle I originally ordered when it gets built. The second item is an ISSUE. The dealership charged me a $4500 premium over MSRP to buy the vehicle. My problem is that sense I had a STANDING ORDER and had been waiting 11 months, I would have EXPECTED to get the vehicle at MSRP, which is what would have been fair, since I committed to buying the vehicle. More
