My sales person Nick Miller was very attentive and made sure all of my needs where met with my new truck. Even after the sale I contacted Nick on a few occasions for some assistance and he didn’t hesitate sure all of my needs where met with my new truck. Cory was great at getting back to texts but he became offended when we tried to negotiate the price. We were going to walk when he wouldn't even provide a 2nd key to the 2015 Escape we were paying "list" offended when we tried to negotiate the price. He lost a possible sale for a used Ford pick up we also wanted to look at because he didn't want to show it to us. He just said, "it's out on the lot somewhere, you can get in your car & drive around & look for it". We got in the car & drove away. We didn't appricate his smug attitude. We've bought alot of cars over the years & have never been treated like this. The dealship seemed nice enough but our only experience was with "Cory" which was subpar. More
