Great overall experience! I was in the market to upgrade my F-150 supercab to a super crew cab to accommodate my growing family. I met up with Charles B. from sales while I wa I was in the market to upgrade my F-150 supercab to a super crew cab to accommodate my growing family. I met up with Charles B. from sales while I was waiting on my other vehicle being taken care of by the service team and had the opportunity to view the new 2019 F-150 supercrew trucks while I was waiting. The overall experience was great and never felt pressured or rushed into the purchase. The entire staff, especially my salesman Charles B. ,was polite and very professional and helpful. This was my first time purchasing from Interstate Ford and definitely plan on coming back for all my future vehicle purchases! More

Returning customer I had bought several vehicles from Interstate in 2016 I went to purchase a 2016 F150 I worked with Shawn Dyamond, however the sales manager obviously I had bought several vehicles from Interstate in 2016 I went to purchase a 2016 F150 I worked with Shawn Dyamond, however the sales manager obviously didn't want my business, When we went to purchase our 2019 F250 I went to Interstate Ford, found Shawn and they got the deal done very quickly, They stayed late to get us taken care of and made sure we were completely satisfied before they even thought about going home. Through the sales process, things went as well or better than expected. When I went to pick up this car on Saturday, 29 June, 2019, my impression changed. It seems Lawrence wasn't there, and I was handed off to another salesman to go through how everything worked with this car.I can't say I learned much, about all the explanation I got was where a few of the switches were located.
