I brought my truck in for diagnosis of an inoperable power tilt steering column. When I spoke to Angel (the Service Advisor) about what the tech found, I was pleased to find that he had gotten the tilt power tilt steering column. When I spoke to Angel (the Service Advisor) about what the tech found, I was pleased to find that he had gotten the tilt function working for me. There was a loose connection at the motor. How easy would it have been for Angel and the tech to tell me that the motor needed replaced, and leave it at that? I would know no better and would probably have authorized a repair. This level of integrity from the tech and Angel was of the highest level. I can assure you that there are other dealerships that would take advantage of this opportunity to drive revenue.
