On top of that, she has frequently followed up with me, making sure that I am still happy with my purchase and offering to help with any further needs I may have. Financing can often take hours. Here, we were helped and finished in (what felt like) less than an hour. Michael was extremely knowledgeable and fun to work with (and we appreciate his service to our country as well). I would be happy to recommend this dealership to any of my friends or family who were in the market for a new vehicle. More

Customer Service Excellence My husband and I needed a new work truck. Our target was a GMC or Chevy product as that is what we have driven for many years. Wanting to get a new o My husband and I needed a new work truck. Our target was a GMC or Chevy product as that is what we have driven for many years. Wanting to get a new or near new vehicle we were looking at 2018 and 2017. The dealers were not dealing on the 2017's. And frankly the 3 or 4 dealerships my husband went to the managers and salespeople were being arrogant jerks. I went online to see if I could find a better deal outside city limits and to look at a little older models. I came across a GMC Truck at Interstate Ford. Yes a GMC at a Ford dealership. We pulled in to the lot and the used trucks all models were all in one place nicely lined up to see. They had a good selection all around. I usually do not get out of the truck at dealerships because I do not like dealing with the sales people. I Hate going to buy a vehicle! I didn't see any sales people right away so I darted for the GMC. Instantly decided I didn't like it. We looked around for a few minutes at other options. A sweet sales person approached us and greeted us. We told her we were looking at the used trucks and we were narrowing it down to what we wanted to test drive. She gave us her name and space to browse. When we were ready we asked for her. The other sales people all seemed very nice and helpful. So far no pushy arrogant people. We test drove a 2017 Dodge pickup. The price was great and in line with what I wanted to pay. Sara did say they had Ford trucks if we wanted to look at any of them. We declined since the Dodge was a great surprise and all we could want. My husband told a Chevy dealership we would be out to test a truck he had looked at. But the price was so much higher. As we drove and talked we both were so happy with the salesperson and the price we called her back and put a deposit on the truck. We went back that day and purchased the truck. The financing guy Q was a pleasure to work with as well. We made sure to talk to the GM and tell him what a great experience it was. We will go back for future work vehicles..Maybe we will consider a Ford in the future. Even though it is a Ford Dealership they treated the sale of a different brand with ease. In closing we went to a Ford Dealership to buy a GMC and Drove away with a Dodge. We are very happy customers! Thank you Sara and staff! More
