Ford Focus Transmittion Problem Jeff DuVall is an outstanding Service Advisor!! He was fast, honest and had my car back on the road in a matter of a few days. I took my car to another dealership and they were unwilling to help me with my transmission problem and wanted me to buy a new transmission. They managed the whole warranty process, provided me with a loaner vehicle and stayed in close communication. Though Interstate Ford isn't the closest to me, it was well worth the 45-minute drive just for the quality of the experience. More
