Best, most professional service! Was involved in a minor collision with a deer. Filed a claim with insurance and took my vehicle to an "authorized shop", ABRA Auto Body. After two wee Was involved in a minor collision with a deer. Filed a claim with insurance and took my vehicle to an "authorized shop", ABRA Auto Body. After two weeks, ABRA finally completed the work and after receiving my vehicle, had major issues. I called Interstate Ford and spoke to Stacia Shane-Clark, who did not hesitate to speak with Josh Anderson in the service department and immediately was able to set up an appointment with the service department to fix ABRA's mistakes. Insurance was a bit difficult to work with, but when Josh finally got the authorization to do the work, from the time the parts were ordered to the time I picked up my vehicle from Interstate Ford was less than 48 hours! Josh kept me "in the loop" the whole way through and stayed true to everything he related to me. Absolutely the best, quickest and most efficient service I have ever received! More

Poor customer service I was told by someone in reception that I could get a loaner. As it turned out, none were available. I can understand this happening, but an apologeti I was told by someone in reception that I could get a loaner. As it turned out, none were available. I can understand this happening, but an apologetic and helpful attitude would have gone a long way. Instead it was, “Who told you that? I don’t have any cars!” Finally, I was told to go sit in the showroom while the service person tried to find a rental. After 30-45 minutes I went back to see what was happening and was told no rentals were available. When I commented that it would have been nice to know rather than sitting, I was told the service person had been trying to arrange the rental all that time. He only called one agency so I find it hard to believe it took that long. I felt brushed off. My daughter who was with me tried to get me to leave and just go somewhere else because of the poor level of service. In defense of the service department, they did have my vehicle serviced in record time. More
The service dept. is awsome. I went to Dacono Ford to get a new key programed. While there I told them there was a recall on my Truck. And Brighton Ford wants $190 dollars to chec I went to Dacono Ford to get a new key programed. While there I told them there was a recall on my Truck. And Brighton Ford wants $190 dollars to check my truck. to fix the recall. Dacono Ford checked out my truck for free and the recall will be done on monday for Free. They went above and beyond to help me. More
