Dave, our salesman, had the truck waiting for us and ready to go. He was not pushy and simply asked us if we knew the area, then proceeded to let us take the test drive ourselves. Upon returning he answered all our questions and didn’t feed us any garbage. Never pressured us and allowed us to decide for ourselves if we wanted to proceed. When it came time to actually discuss the purchase it was low key. They came back with a better offer on first round than we had received as final offers from others. We knew we were getting a good deal from lots of research and other visits to other dealerships. The staff stayed after hours to help us. They held vehicle for us for two days until we could return to finish the deal. Also secured us a better rate than my own credit union. I bought an extended warranty that IS Transferable, and that you CAN get remaining balance back if you should sell the vehicle. Many others I have been offered over the years are neither. Overall this was a great experience. More
Fast, easy and excellent service with no problems I was getting ready for my annual spring break road trip when my 2013 F150 started making a sporadic noise. The noise was coming from the front end of I was getting ready for my annual spring break road trip when my 2013 F150 started making a sporadic noise. The noise was coming from the front end of the truck. I could not pinpoint where the noise was coming from. I had no idea if this was a serious problem or not. I did not want to delay my trip, but I was concerned that I could have problems on the road because of this noise. I called Interstate Ford service department and explained my problem. Josh Anderson said to bring my truck in, and they would try to figure out the problem. When I showed up I could see the service department was very busy, and Josh was with another customer. Adrien Medina was between customers and said he would get a technician to test drive my truck. George Gavin and I went on a test drive and he said he knew what the problem was. When we got back to the service department, I worked with Adrien to set up an appointment to repair the problem. Adrien explained they would need to break down the hubs and to see exactly what was wrong and parts needed to make the repair. Adrien said I should leave my truck and they would work it into their schedule. I could see they were very busy and thought it could take a couple of days before getting my truck back. Later that day Adrien let me know they had stated work on my truck and found the problem. Adrien was very precise when he explained the problem and repair needed. He said that they would start repairs as soon as possible. Later that day I called to get a better idea when my truck repair would be done. Adrien said it would be done by the end of the day and I could pick it up the same day I left the truck to be looked at. Adrien was great to work with. He truly listened to me and knew that my road trip was important to me. He was able to work the schedule and get my truck in earlier than I expected. Josh was great because he suggested I bring the truck in to be inspected. George Gavin also needs to recognized because he found the problem and made the repairs. Interstate Ford’s service department will continue to be my first choice when I need repairs on my vehicles. Stacia was great because she was concerned when she knew of my truck problems. Stacia is the sales person I work with when buying vehicles. More
