Upper management won't respond Having purchased my new 2019 Escape SEL, I encountered some issues with the car's body. My sales person was not available. I left messages with both the sales manager and general manager, no response from either. After a few days I was able to contact my sales person, NOT GOOD SERVICE. Also, I had a sales person contact me about adding FORDPASS to my vehicle. I was not able to answer my phone when he called. After several attempts of trying to contact him back while leaving messages, I was able to mention it to my sales person - he took care of the concerns. I hope service is not this way. More

They said they could not work on the brake controller. The situation was explained to the service manager at Interstate Ford and he said all i needed was to have the truck programmed to accept the brake controller. He said just bring in the truck and he would do the work anytime. Jeff did program the truck right in the parking lot. It took all of 15 minutes.. He was GREAT. Knew what was wrong just by the description over the phone. And no need for an appointment. Service was great I will go to them again even though it is a longer drive. More

We had picked out a beautiful new truck the night this dealership experienced a devestating hail storm that damaged every single vehicle on the lot including ours, which we were to pick up the next day. One can only imagine the effort involved by all at Interstate to notify customers in deals and service about damage, deal with insurance issues, rework sales agreements in process, negotiate vehicles away from other dealerships, and clean up the physical mess this storm caused. Within two days, Stacia had secured a new, undamaged truck we took delivery on for the same price we'd already been promised. They go above and beyond. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. And that's why we keep coming back. More
