Needs a bigger facility and much better service effort I've had two Ford vehicles in for service over the last 10 years +/-, and bought a new one there about 9 years ago. This dealer is located in a very rapidly growing area of north Denver metro, including a large amount of commercial vehicle servicing. Its obvious during service visits that they are under-sized on the facility, and possibly really tough to hire & retain service techs...I get that, but that's the business you're in. Recent service experience really set me off. For my '11 Ford Edge, in July 2019 had it in for "major 60,000 mile service." Almost $900 service bill....but now the 9 year old battery is totally dead. Wouldn't the battery have been tested just 90 days ago, especially for a battery that old?! Furthermore, when I call into service to set up an appointment, the response is "...we can get you in the end of next week..." Most people can't be without their vehicle for that long....complete lack of awareness on the part of the service person (Mary Jo). Get a bigger facility (that one under construction, is that the future new Interstate Ford?) with better employees and I'll consider going back. I've always wondered with the large volume of commercial vehicle service if passenger car service gets the short end of the stick....cutting corners, etc. Think I have my answer now. More

Service department excellent I had a water pump go out of my F150 at 5 pm.It was towed to Interstate Ford at 6 pm. The next day they diagnosed the problem and had my truck repaire I had a water pump go out of my F150 at 5 pm.It was towed to Interstate Ford at 6 pm. The next day they diagnosed the problem and had my truck repaired and back on the road by 4 pm! I was without a vehicle and their service saved me having to rent a vehicle for the weekend. He came in on his day off to help complete this sale because I was in immediate need of the car. He never tried to rush me through anything- in fact, he was extremely patient in answering all of my questions and in demonstrating the vehicle. He was always responsive to my text messages and seemed very driven from a customer service standpoint. I would not hesitate in calling him again for my next vehicle. More
While traveling across county, a window washer line broke. While on a cross-country trip including the Canadian Yukon, our 2016 F-350 King Ranch Diesel did an outstanding job pulling our 28 foot Airstream Trav While on a cross-country trip including the Canadian Yukon, our 2016 F-350 King Ranch Diesel did an outstanding job pulling our 28 foot Airstream Travel Trailer. When we arrived in Sheridan, WY, our truck was due for an oil change and service. In the process, the passenger side window washing jet was broken. This damage was not discovered until Longmont, CO. Another Ford dealer was contacted and stated they could not make the repair until the following Monday, six days in the future and did not want to look at it before then to see if parts needed to be ordered. I contacted Joshua Anderson at Interstate Ford in Dacono, CO. He sent me to the Parts Department at which time the needed parts were found to be in stock. Joshua set me up with an a service appointment THAT DAY. I took our truck in and the repairs were made within an hour even though appointments were broke for the next several days. I paid for the parts and after understanding that the damage was done while at another Ford dealer, he was kind enough to provide labor at no cost (paid for parts only)!! His willingness to help an out of state traveler was admirable and most appreciated. We travel to Colorado from Massachusetts frequently to visit our daughter and her family. Clearly we will be taking our travel service needs to Interstate Ford. Everyone could not have been more helpful. Absolutely Outstanding Service. More
