Parts were not a dealership stock item. Adrien kept me informed of the parts and service progress with updates regarding repair progress. Interstate Ford is a great new facility with a great selection of cars, however we were completely dissatisfied with Ed Trejo’s lack of interest of selling us the car. He seemed like he did not have tim selection of cars, however we were completely dissatisfied with Ed Trejo’s lack of interest of selling us the car. He seemed like he did not have time for us and did not want to explain all the features of the car so we could make an informed decision. We were very serious buyers but were on the fence about a few features. Ed was “too busy” to return our call and when we called back to follow up with him, he hung up on us—very unprofessional. We certainly didn’t feel like he valued our business and we ended up finding a car elsewhere. More
