Interstate Ford is a great new facility with a great selection of cars, however we were completely dissatisfied with Ed Trejo’s lack of interest of selling us the car. He seemed like he did not have tim selection of cars, however we were completely dissatisfied with Ed Trejo’s lack of interest of selling us the car. He seemed like he did not have time for us and did not want to explain all the features of the car so we could make an informed decision. We were very serious buyers but were on the fence about a few features. Ed was “too busy” to return our call and when we called back to follow up with him, he hung up on us—very unprofessional. We certainly didn’t feel like he valued our business and we ended up finding a car elsewhere. More

As we arrived at he dealership we were greeted by Sara who worked with us through the whole process. We were in and out with a new F150 in about 2 hours and the process was very smooth and easy going wit who worked with us through the whole process. Resolution of Windshield Issues - Service Excellent Adrian coordinated a resolution that was an easy fix and honest. Another Ford dealership had diagnosed the issue and quoted $850 to repair.
