I have an appointment schedule to have my oil changed and tires rotated. After waiting for an hour, I walked up to the service desk to find out how much longer I should expect this 20 minute job to take. The tires rotated. After waiting for an hour, I walked up to the service desk to find out how much longer I should expect this 20 minute job to take. The gentleman at the services desk explained no one had touched my truck yet, but it would only be another 30 minutes or so. Waiting 90 minutes for a simple oil change and tire rotation when I had an appointment is ridiculous!!! More
