I had spoke with another dealership before Ford, and was not happy with their response. I called Ford and had a very pleasant response and they had my car in and fixed the next day. I am very happy with the service I received on my F250. I had the Works service package on Saturday morning. I waited in service lounge for 1 hour and was amazed by the amount of work performed in that short had the Works service package on Saturday morning.
