I am a very detailed buyer and Brandon was able to keep up with all my communications, not always the case with others. The dealership is also nice, has a good feel and the people are not pushy. Art Flores is everything you want in an employee. I thought I was just there to pick up a part, but when my car didn't start, Art came to me with some tools and helped me fix the problem. The price was a little on the high end, but they gave me a good price on my trade in. They either did not have accurate data on the model they sold me or flat out lied about it. When I checked out my trade a good price on my trade in. They either did not have accurate data on the model they sold me or flat out lied about it. When I checked out my trade in on their site after my purchase they lied about some of the features it had. The service felt rushed, like the sales person was in a hurry. They aren't up front about their pricing, and passed me a NADA sheet with the manufacturer original MSRP instead of the value of the vehicle as is. Ultimately the dishonestly about the vehicle itself made me decide I won't ever buy there again. More
