Interstate Ford responded

Sorry about Fords decision on not covering your front grille. You bought the vehicle brand new and had the vehicle for over 8 months before you told Interstate Ford about the grille. It is not our decision on whether or not the grille would be covered. Ford said it was due to mag chloride and it would not be covered. Once again sorry for there decision but it is out of our hands.

Wrong I reported the problem to the salesman 3WEEKS after purchase I made two service appointments which I couldn’t make because they need the car all day to take pictures. I finally had Steamboat motors take the pictures and file a claim with ford in mid June Ford has records That.was denied You are dishonest I never had the truck in snow. Nobody should use your dealership. I told this whole story to your sales manager and service manager they did NOTHING. I reported this to the Broomfield District Attorney financial theft division which is pending. I have written 20 plus bad reviews on Google and yelp etc. I’m not going away!

Mr. Menk, I apologize for the issue at hand. I went back through the files and I show you purchased the vehicle in February 2021 and that you had an oil change appointment on May 14 2021 at 4,701 miles and at that time there was no mention of an issue. I'm confused that you say we are dishonest, I would have thought if there was an issue you would have brought it to our attention at that time of your May service appointment, when they could have taken pictures and submitted to Ford. I also pulled the records from Ford, Steamboat Motors created the case on 07/27/2021 at 10:43am, showing that the front grill had mag chloride and Ford Motor Company denied the claim. Again I apologize for the Mag Chloride issues. I will have our parts and service department give you the repair at our cost for parts and labor if you choose to make the repairs.

Interstate Ford responded

Sorry for our mistake on the price of the engine. We forgot to take the engine off the matrix pricing when we quoted it out. However your labor times you found are Ford warranty times. We did price the labor correctly 23.6 hours is what it costs to do the engine replacement per alldata. We added time in order to remove and reinstall your aftermarket equipment so we could pull the cab off in order to do the engine, we also allowed for extra time do to the rust on the truck. Sorry about quoting the engine out wrong I will make sure it never happeneds again.
