The roof of my Bronco needed to be replaced under warranty. I brought it in and the tech verified the need for replacement. Took all day, but ok. The new roof came in quickly but when I brought i warranty. I brought it in and the tech verified the need for replacement. Took all day, but ok. The new roof came in quickly but when I brought it in for the repair, they were not able to complete the work they were prepared for the required glass replacement which meant I had to bring it back a second time. They should have understood the repair requirements before they started. Very inconvenient. Be better prepared for an obvious repair like this one. It was not a troubleshooting diagnostic. I’m sure Ford outlined the procedure that could have been referenced in preparation. The work was ultimately completed satisfactorily. More
