I had experienced problems with my Sync 3 and went to Interstate Ford for a look/see and they told me that it had shot craps and that I would need to replace it. I hemmed and hawed for 4 months about the big expense to replace it. I have decided to sell truck and I didn’t want to stick new owner with problem so I contacted Interstate Ford where I always go for service. I actually purchased the truck there about 4 years ago. I have Mustang as well and have always liked the service provided. My favorite service writer is Adrien and once again he was on it. Got it in and out in 6 hours. More

My only experience was with the Service Dept. Once my account was handed off to Interstate Ford the Mgr. Kept in direct correspondence with me for all updates. This is by far one of the best experiences I've had in a long long time buying a car. Jeramie made it so easy, no pressure and he was on the ball getting me information, or numbers.
