I was in a snow storm and my heater wasn’t working so I pulled over to a gas station to see if I could get help. He not only told me I was out of antifreeze but was able to let me know the temp gauge wasn’t working as well as the direction of airflow from my heater into the cab wouldn’t go on defrost. He put the antifreeze in my truck and let me know what his concerns were that without him I would have been stuck on the side of the road in a snow storm with no heat. He put me as a priority and I am more than grateful for his professionalism, willingness to help, and his over all knowledge on assessing the situation and getting me back on the road and safe at home. Took my car to them with concerns of a Shimmy in the front end, at slow acceleration and turning left. I got a call stating that they could not find anything wrong with my car. I assumed, my fault that they were open till eight like the dealership.The girl in the dealership, concierge‘s, was sitting at her desk on her phone, with her red lipgloss sitting on her desk in front of her. I stood there for three minutes and finally I said hello. She said I’m sorry it’s almost the end of my shift. They were able to call someone back so I could take my car home .
