Took my car to them with concerns of a Shimmy in the front end, at slow acceleration and turning left. I got a call stating that they could not find anything wrong with my car. I told the service guy I would be there after work. He said OK. I got there at 6:15 and there was no one there for me to receive my car. Mind you the guy who called me did not give me a closing time. I assumed, my fault that they were open till eight like the dealership.The girl in the dealership, concierge‘s, was sitting at her desk on her phone, with her red lipgloss sitting on her desk in front of her. I stood there for three minutes and finally I said hello. She said I’m sorry it’s almost the end of my shift. They were able to call someone back so I could take my car home . I drove away with my car still having a Semi in the front in. More

Matthew was awesome he new what I wanted we test drove and got right to the deal not having to go back and forth like most dealerships to get you the payment you wanted! Ryan was very quick to respond to my inquiry online and answer all questions I had, he even gave me a call on that Saturday even and Interstate Ford! Prior to purchasing a vehicle from Interstate Ford, I specifically asked the dealer if this vehicle is compatible with the FordPass app. On the day I purchased the vehicle I was told by the sales departm specifically asked the dealer if this vehicle is compatible with the FordPass app. On the day I purchased the vehicle I was told by the sales department that the employee that handles FordPass registration was out and I needed to come back the following Monday for install. When I came back to Interstate Ford on that Monday I was told that the car I had purchased the previous week is not compatible with FordPass. I asked to speak to a manager and was introduced to Nick Velasquez and met with a condescending and helpless response. Mr. Velasquez took zero accountability of the issue and even implied that I should do my research prior to purchasing vehicles in the future. For those doing research, I strongly recommend that you look elsewhere than Interstate Ford and Nick Velasquez. I also see in previous reviews that Mr. Velasquez has been argumentative with other customers. This does not come as a surprise. More
