needed simple key fob reprogrammed. The guy in the parts department was a smart @$$ knucklehead with an attitude. The service department did not return numerous calls. Called around and found the same service at a competitor for 30% less and my parts were in stock. Let the tow truck driver know I was switching dealerships and he agreed that I had gone with the better company and had heard of multiple problems with this parts and service department. More
