We were on a tight schedule during a weekend trip to CO and were in the market for a Ford Edge. We had a list of desired features and stopped at Interstate Ford to look at something that fit our needs onli and were in the market for a Ford Edge. Instead of being rushed at the door by a sales person upon arriving, we had a casual look around before Ryan asked if we would like some help. We explained we were rushed for time so he brought out the Edge we were looking at online. After giving him our list of wants, he asked how we would like to be contacted and told us he would look in his inventory to see if there was anything else that would meet our needs. We returned the next day and test drove the car and decided to look into a purchase if the price we had in mind could be met. Upon return from the test drive, there was no pressure to buy, so we asked Ryan to start the process of writing up a price proposal. After the initial price was presented, we said it was close, and he said he thought he could get it lower by a significant amount. He came back and was honest by saying he misspoke and wouldn't be able to take that much off but did come back with a price we decided was fair. There were no hidden costs, no pressure for things we didn't want, and it was a great buying experience. More

I’ve tried calling a few times to see if I could get an appointment 2-3 days out and they said they were booked. Day of my appointment they were completely booked. I dropped off my truck and waited for an oil change and tire rotation. Took about 20 mins which was great. I asked how they were able to knock it out so quick and the answer was they weren’t that busy and 2 technicians worked at once. Greatly appreciated it. However, to provide the customer more flexibility and options my recommendation is to look at what is scheduled to see if you can work a vehicle in. More
