I've paid off my last 2 cars years early on my loan and requested a gap insurance refund from the finance manager for both vehicles...have yet to receive anything and it's been years since my first car and requested a gap insurance refund from the finance manager for both vehicles...have yet to receive anything and it's been years since my first car and months from my second being paid off. Seems like they aren't really submitting paperwork when requested or pocketing funds. Scammers. More

My car required a repair on the heater prior to me taking possession. Now any time it’s cold out it won’t work. I brought it in for service and they said everything is fine. Short of having your mechanic available at 11pm when it keeps happening I’m forced to drive in frigid weather without a functioning heater. What does Ford expect or want me to do?
