Our mirror was on warranty and it broke three days after they ordered the part. They still replaced it- took care of the cost for us and everything! I also own a 2006 Ford Explorer and this is the ONLY place that I take any of my vehicles to have service!! Jeff and Adrian are FANTASTIC! I always feel that they actually care about me and what is goin place that I take any of my vehicles to have service!! Jeff and Adrian are FANTASTIC! This is the 3rd car we have purchased from I25 Ford with Q Clark as our Salesman. Although we have Ford Dealerships closer, we are more than happy to drive the additional 70 miles just because we like dealing with Q, and the way he makes the buying experience a happy one. Too many salesman that I have dealt with in the past, seem to just suck the joy out of purchasing a car by giving you the run around and not really seeming to care about whether you buy the car or not, except if it helps them make their sales quota.
