Ray Farrell was friendly and kept contact with us while we considered the car. He helped negotiate a price we were ok with. Tim Green, however, was short with us after we turned down the additional dealer we considered the car. He helped negotiate a price we were ok with. He explained nothing we were signing and that we were financed through a bank different from the credit union we requested. Nowhere on the paperwork did it say the chosen bank, either.
