I have purchased 3 cars (one brand new, two used) in the past year from Interstate Ford, all from Quienten ("Q") Clark. He is the hands down best salesperson I have ever dealt with - he keeps you informed throughout the process and really makes you feel important as a customer and the excellent service continues even after the sale and there was not the slightest bit of pressure or car salesman tactics involved. Everything about the sales processes has always been so smooth and painless. I'd even go so far as to say it was FUN to buy a car here each time. They go out of their way to treat you like a member of the family here in sales, finance (Steve) and in service (Jeff, Ken and Adrien) - it is an experience like no other...and it is genuine. Q was fantastic! He helped us get out of vehicle we could not afford and into a great Fusion. He was very patient with me as I had to test drive everything. Just wanted to let everyone know that I was so happy about the service we had gotten when we bought my wifes escursion that I turned around and traded my pick-up in. He was relentless in his efforts to close this deal and ensure that all my needs were meant to extreme satisfaction. Through many phone calls and all my challenging demands, Q came through to ensure that I was getting the deal I was searching for. He created a deal that felt as though it was being transpired between two friends and not between a dealer and a buyer. Clint was fantastic! We came in and found exactly the car we had been searching for. When we got there the car we had driven up to see was no longer on the lot, it had been sent to auction. I immediately was we had been searching for. When we got there the car we had driven up to see was no longer on the lot, it had been sent to auction. I immediately was turned off about talking about it any further. Clint talked with my husband and explained the process we could go through to bring the car back from auction and if it was exactly what we were looking for we could purchase it and if not we weren't under any obligation to do so. He was patient, took his time explaining things to us and answering all of our questions. He listened to our needs and was great working with us on the pricing. As promised Clint got the vehicle picked up from the auction on Monday. We drove up to see it. There were a few minor things to be fixed but he delivered true on his promise with us to do so. We were pleased with the service he offered us. We are so happy with our new car and have plans to go back this weekend to get the few items fixed. Although it was a bit of a drive from where we live we would happily refer any friends to Interstate Ford and have plans to head back that way for our next car purchase. We will be sure to tell them to ask for Clint. More
