I have been looking for a used truck for several weeks when I noticed an ad for a new truck for about the same price as the used trucks I had found on the internet. So my wife and I went to Interstate For when I noticed an ad for a new truck for about the same price as the used trucks I had found on the internet. So my wife and I went to Interstate Ford last night to check it out. We found the advertised truck within minutes (my first pleasant surprise) and Daniel Snider came out to greet us. Daniel was a very pleasant young man who was very helpful. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we were looking at and was knowledgeable about other inventory on the lot. The bottom line is that we went from "just looking" to buying within a short period of time. No pressure, no surprises, very honest, and the price was as advertised (another pleasant surprise). Being an older man (retired) I have purchased many vehicles over the years. I have to give Danial and the other folks at Interstate Ford a big "thumbs up" for a great car shopping experience. I was not looking forward to the car buying experience but Lauren was great to work with! She was very friendly and if she did not know the answer to a question she admitted it and was quick to find out. but Lauren was great to work with! Buying a car used to be so painful, until now. Everyone was so nice and helpful. They were truly concerned that we got the car that was best for us. I was very particular on the car I wanted. Daniel kept digging through the available inventory to find the best car for me. She immediately said yes and quoted me a very good price on a particular truck that I had been looking at. I had been to and called several dealers in Colorado and Wyoming. I knew from the start of our conversation that Interstate Ford was going to be a dealer that I would be purchasing my new vehicle from. Vicki was great! I told her that I would not be able to be at the dealership until about 7:00 p.m. to look at the truck and she said no problem come on up your truck will be waiting here for you. Vicki told me to talk to Daniel when I arrived to the dealer and he would help me with whatever I needed at the dealership. When I arrived at Interstate Ford the truck I had spoke to Vicki about was sitting up front ready to go. Daniel came out and greeted me and had the keys to the new truck ready for me to take it for a test drive. He was great took me around the truck to show me most of the features and let me take the truck out on a test drive. I came back and took another truck out as well. I decided that the truck I had talked to Vicki about was the truck for me. We went into the dealership and everything was exceptional. for the first time for a long time I felt appreciated as a customer. He never tried to hurry the process along it was getting very late but, he acted as if it were the middle of the day. We finally finished up with financing and all at around 10:30 p.m. or so and Daniel showed me all of the options on the truck including the navigation and helped me set up the sync my ride feature. Daniel went above and beyond what I would ever expect a salesman to ever do. He made sure I was comfortable with the truck before he would let me leave the dealership. I left the dealership sometime after 11 p.m. Daniel called me a week after I purchased my truck and wanted to make sure everything about the truck was still going well. Daniel needs to be recognized for his exceptional quality of work, customer service and friendliness! It's not everyday that you run into a sales person like that! Mike Held personally came out and thanked me for my purchase. That is unheard of to have a general manger come out to greet the customer directly. Interstate Ford is a class act dealership! I own a rapidly growing business and understand what good customer service is and can do for a company! Interstate Ford and all the staff that I had the pleasure to deal with is well deserved for 5 stars in every category listed above. I will be purchasing my vehicles from Interstate Ford from now on! My daughter wanted a Ford Escape and we found the one she wanted at Interstate Ford. Daniel was our salesman, I have bought a lot of vehicles before and was dreading the whole process but Daniel was the best wanted at Interstate Ford. He knew every question I asked about the Escape. He was not pushy and not one time did I ever feel pressured to buy. He understood when we wanted to think about the purchase overnight. We went back and bought the vehicle the next day, mainly because of how he treated us. The whole experience was great for me and my daughter. Cody Notch was an excellent help and addition to helping me try and find my new car. He made a point to call and find out exactly what I was looking for. When we got to the dealership, the jeep was already to go out for a test drive and Mr. Notch gave me the Car Fax before I even got into the jeep and before we got into detail about it. He was extremely prepared and I greatly appreciated that. The prior night, he got the price point of the Jeep approved by his manager so everything was set to go if I did decide to get the jeep (which I did!). Cody was extremely willing to try to get the right vehicle in the right price range, his preparedness was outstanding, and I would definitely recommend Cody Notch at Interstate Ford to anyone looking to buy a car, I already have let people know about his service. Then when I got to Interstate Ford and talked to Mike Held told him what I was looking for he sent Lauren Mazzella to show me the trucks they had.Looking at the trucks with Lauren was a lot fun.That's the way it should be.Lauren showed me all the trucks on the lot.I picked out some trucks and then Lauren got the keys and I test drove them.After that was done I picked out 2 that I wanted.Then I talked to Mike again and we made a deal. Not to many dealers are like this one.When I left the dealership I felt good to know that I got the best deal in town.I know this because I was looking for a year..It was a pleasure working with everyone at Interstate Ford.I know that if I send anyone to Interstate Ford that they will be in good hands and get a good deal no mater what they buy. I found a cheap commuter car the mazda 2. I only paid 250 over book. With 39000 miles. They are very low pressure sales but push the extended warranty, gap, etc at closing. Mentioning a $500 fob replacement for a new ford while I am buying a two year old mazda is pretty rich. Then to top it all off I only get one key. Maybe they should have taken out the extended warranty on the car when they got it...I would buy again because a good deal is a good deal. More
