He was friendly and not trying to sell me on every vehicle. After talking for a minute or so, he showed me two SUV's that fit my needs. I really liked one of the cars and took it for a test drive. I liked the fact that he actually seemed confident in the car that I selected. After going through some questions and paperwork, I purchased my first vehicle.
