Quienten worked with us very well on the financial side. We got the extended warranty & got the SUV Glasscoated. All areas were smooth from meeting Stacia, Quienten, and took only about 3 hours as promised for the coating a few days later when it was convenient for us. Stacia was awesome!!! She was very detailed in EVERY aspect and respectful of our needs......handed us our keys when we completed the financial & walked us to our Ford Escape......wow, nice!!!
