She was extremely nice, she only showed us cars that were within my price range and did not pressure me into an immediate decision. She helped me find a car that I immediately fell in love with, continues to check up on the car, as well as making sure that I'm getting everything I need to enjoy my car and maintain it. She even makes sure to come by and say hello when I'm in for routine maintenace. I will 100% get any future vehicles from her! The front desk clerk is always nice and helps to get you where or who you need right away. Adrian in service remembers who you are and which vehicle is yours and makes sure that your completely taken care of! All of the staff is nice and helpful and even if your not sure about your next vehicle purchase they will make you feel comfortable and unpressured for the whole process. More

Satisfactory - but nothing special I went to the dealer's website and spoke to a rep online via CHAT, asking for assistance scheduling a service appointment. I was given a date and tol I went to the dealer's website and spoke to a rep online via CHAT, asking for assistance scheduling a service appointment. I was given a date and told that I would receive a confirmation. After a few days, and not seeing any confirmation, I called to confirm the appointment, only to find that no actual appointment had been made. So I had to make "another" appointment for the following week. Regarding the actual service, they did a good job. Kudos to the service techs! It would have been nice; however, (when upon getting my vehicle back), if they would have removed the paper service tag card and the paper floor mat protector. A couple of extra seconds/minutes to have my car presented well upon it's return would go a long way. More

Sara is what all salespeople should be. My wife and I had been looking into getting a new truck for over 6 months. After a lengthy investigative process we chose to go to Interstate Ford bas My wife and I had been looking into getting a new truck for over 6 months. After a lengthy investigative process we chose to go to Interstate Ford based on their level of stock of lightly used F-150's. This was not a casual process since I have had the misfortune of being worked over by other dealerships in the past. We met Sara Holman when we entered the lobby. We explained to her our needs for a truck, budget, and payments. I specifically wanted an F-150 Supercab, with a 5.0 V-8. She instantly impressed us by her knowledge of the stock, and overall differences of all the variations of trim, and accessory packages. She offered 2 vehicles that met our criteria, then also offered 2 additional new trucks in the event we didn't like the initial offerings. I test drove the two used trucks, and was moderately impressed by them. During the test drives, I expressed my primary concern was for overall horsepower, and torque. Sara then suggested the chance of driving the other 2, new clearanced trucks, based on a increase of 22 horsepower and torque from the previous trucks. We then drove a Lariat first, then an XLT. The Lariat was much more expensive than the XLT, and to my surprise, Sara did not attempt to get us to buy the Lariat. She simply wanted us to have the truck we liked. I quickly got the impression that Sara was on my side the entire time. We chose the new XLT on clearance, and could not be happier with our decision. The choice of the new vehicle over the used trucks allowed us to get better financing. Looking back on the entire experience, I feel very grateful that Sara was our salesperson. She was able to accurately answer every question we had. She was not pushy, or aggressive. She even knew how to get my flip phone to link to my truck. We have since purchased another vehicle from Sara, and would proudly recommend her to anyone who needs a vehicle. In closing, I am compelled to say that not only do we feel we got a great value on a truck, I feel we also gained a friend in Sara. More
