Honest, reliable, and empathetic sales person Went to Ford after being lied to by Chevy twice. Had a 2014 Chevy Silverado 1500 was told it can tow 9600# didn't verify and come to find it only tows Went to Ford after being lied to by Chevy twice. Had a 2014 Chevy Silverado 1500 was told it can tow 9600# didn't verify and come to find it only tows 6600 pounds. This was Dublin Chevy sales person around 4 years ago, and even said he verified it with their service manager. Fault on me, went to Chevy AutoNation on corner of 25 & 36 and the sales person Christian tried to get me into a high end truck when I said my budget was $X. Even he said "oh no you're mistaken your truck can tow 9600#" he had to get his own service technician to say "The customer is right it can only tow so much". Went to Interstate Ford and Sara was so helpful from the get go. She saw me walking around I told her my budget, how much I had left on the truck, my credit score. No BS'ing they got to work. They didn't even pull my credit until I was happy with the estimates they came back with. And the final deal was just as good. Through this whole time Sara helped my wife, helped us with our Escape, gave us her contact number. Was a great deal and then I spoke with Mike in finance and it went smooth. Also, Stacia came into help not as a closer but I felt she really wanted the numbers to work for me. I recommend this dealership and when the lease comes up on our Escape I am headed over there to speak with Sara. More
