I didn't have to drive 5 or 6 + cars to figure out what I wanted to buy. Dave Pogue and Jeremiah Lang knew pretty much what I was looking for and made sure that's what I saw. Didn’t get a call when my vehicle was finished, they actually kept it an extra day. I was told they wrote down my number wrong. I’ve only ever serviced my truck at that dealership, they should have my actually kept it an extra day. I was told they wrote down my number wrong. I’ve only ever serviced my truck at that dealership, they should have my number in their system. When I picked my truck up I was given my key and told it was somewhere out in the lot. I had to walk around the lot for a couple of minutes looking for it. We own a Mini Cooper as well. When that vehicle gets serviced they wash it and bring it right up out side the service door. Completely different customer service on a car that cost half as much. I generally keep my expectations low so I’m not upset when they aren’t met. The crew at Interstate Ford unfortunately kept that bar low. The service advisor was nice, but I certainly didn’t walk out feeling like I was a valued customer. More
