Well it all went pretty good until my truck goes in for recall work and now it has had 2 diesel particulate filters put on and issue is still not fixed. Service department would not answer the phone as it rang for over an hour. Service department would not return phone calls even if I left multiple messages in the dame day. Held my car hostage for over 1 mo for over an hour. Service department would not return phone calls even if I left multiple messages in the dame day. Held my car hostage for over 1 month and did an unnecessary battery charge (which they later made me pay $150) and would not return the car until it was paid. After 1 month of waiting and 2 weeks of a part being lost in shipping, they finally called a partnered dealership and got the part to fix my car. I have the unlimited warranty and because of the unnecessary battery charge they still made me pay over $150 to get my car back. Again after keeping it for a month without returning any phone calls. More
