Great friendly customer service. Mr. Jeffery Nonog great energetic helpful sales person show me all the models of SUV even though the color of SUV I was looking for they didn't have it in the stock so, next energetic helpful sales person show me all the models of SUV even though the color of SUV I was looking for they didn't have it in the stock so, next day he got it from sister dealer and he called me next day morning. Larry the Legend We were looking for an SUV for my wife and she was trading in her grand caravan she loved for 10 years. We went to look at an Outback Onyx Edition. We were looking for an SUV for my wife and she was trading in her grand caravan she loved for 10 years. We went to look at an Outback Onyx Edition. We drove the outback for about 1 mile and decided it was too small for us. The interior was awesome especially the dash. Larry the salesman had us try a Ascent. My wife loved it but I figured we could get a better deal down the street at Bettenhausen (We have bought our last three cars from there) on a Cherokee. After the Ascent we drove a Grand Cherokee and a Explorer. We looked hard at a Explorer with leather bucket seats and panoramic roof (we could use a friends and family discount). Nothing compared to the Ascent. We got a great deal on the top Model (Touring ) and couldn't be happier with our first Subaru - Larry was great to work with. We chose the white with java brown leather seats! More

Great car, service, and deal! Marty and Karen were excellent- very fast in their responses and fair in giving us a deal we were comfortable with on a new Outback Onyx XT. We never felt like this was a high pressure sale, and we bought a trim/options that suited our needs. The rest of the International Subaru team (Janine in finance) handled the transaction during unusual pandemic time with professionalism. We're very happy with their level of service, and would certainly consider going back for our next purchase. More

Wonderful experience A few days ago we contacted this dealership about purchasing a new car. We are two senior citizens who have not left our home for over two months due A few days ago we contacted this dealership about purchasing a new car. We are two senior citizens who have not left our home for over two months due to the coronavirus. We knew exactly the car we wanted and hoped this could all be done over the phone. Mike the sales manager made this transaction extremely easy. All information was exchanged on the phone and by later that afternoon our new car was delivered. Two gentlemen arrived in our new car due to the fact we were trading in two vehicles. Both men wore masks and gloves. One left immediately with our old Outback and the other stayed to handle all the paperwork and to drive our other trade in out. Larry went over all papers, explaining everything before we signed. He then proceeded to go over the new car, showing new features and answering any questions. He hooked up our phones and garage door opener to the new car. This dealership went above and beyond to handle our purchase. If I could I would give them 10 stars! More
