We have communicated to better understand and resolve the unpleasant situation. The visit was October of 2010 while our dealership was having our annual Customer Dinner Event. This is for past customers and new car sales are not permitted for this evening. We regret that this person did not feel welcome or treated properly. International Subaru has the highest Customer Satisfaction Index of all the Subaru dealers in the Chicagoland area.
