The process was fast and simple, drove away with my wife's new SUV in 90 minutes(With appointment for detailing 2 days later). Tom responded to my email questions very quickly. Only issue I had was deciding on which car to buy from them, very nice vehicles there. My wife is incredibly happy-->Happy Wife=Happy husband.
