I ended up buying my car at a different dealership just because they had the exact colour combination i wanted. If it hadn’t been for that i would have bought from IGM. A Thorough Experience I decided to give IMG a chance based on reviews on the internet, and I'm glad I did. I have only ever bought a brand new car once in my life. I jus I decided to give IMG a chance based on reviews on the internet, and I'm glad I did. I have only ever bought a brand new car once in my life. I just don't see the sense in paying for something that decreases in value the moment that you purchase it. Plus, I've resigned myself to the fact that a car payment is just something that I'll always have. So, I'll purchase a fully loaded used vehicle every 4 or 5 years at a fraction of the new cost. I moved to RI a few years ago, and had no knowledge of local used car dealers. IMG had some great reviews, so I thought I'd start here. They had an Audi on the lot that I was interested in, and from the second that I walked into the office and met with Don Bickford it was a completely enjoyable experience (I know right? Buying a car was enjoyable?). I'm 100% a straight shooter. I don't BS, and I have no time or patience for it either. Don was straight forward, not an ounce of "Used Car Sales Guy" in him. It was "let's see what we can do for you" from the outset. We threw some numbers around, he introduced me to Jason Nicotero who handles financing, and from there I didn't leave without the car that I wanted. It was honestly that simple. From there I usually like to wait a few months before I review a place, especially a used car, so that I can see how they deal with any sort of follow up issue. Well, an issue did arise. I had a problem with a break-assist feature that Audi's have, and not only did they fix it free of charge they put me in a loaner vehicle while they were working on the car. They worked around my schedule, and made absolute certain with followups that everything was sufficiently working. That says everything that you need to know about IMG. They care that you are getting what you want. My experience was so top-notch, that I went back to them a couple of months later to buy my wife's car. And yes, that went fantastic as well. Give them a shot, you'll be glad you did. More
