Hello “Not Happy.” We are deeply sorry that you had issues with your spare tire being flat, your control arm bushings being shot, your rear coil spring being broken, and none of the recalls being completed. BMW, the manufacturer, does recalls for free and are the only ones who can perform theses recalls. We wish you would have brought these issues to our attention sooner, as we have not sold a 2004 BMW since 2011, and would have be able to resolve any problems within reason. With every vehicle we sell, they need to pass our state’s inspection and if it does not, we would either not sell the vehicle or repair the vehicle. We are a family owned and operated business for over 36 years, have won and received several awards based on our clients, and take pride in giving people a very fair deal, day in and day out. Again, we are a sorry for your issues and wish you would have brought this to our attention right after you purchased your vehicle not years later. If you communicated with us when the issues occurred, we may have been able to help you.
