Highly recommend very friendly and professional I had my car for 15 years so it has been a long time that I needed to shop for a new car. I was lied to and payed far to much for my car Jason helped me get my first vehicle at IMG but I also found out, even with my credit, I could have bought a better car for cheaper. More importantly Jason helped me get my first vehicle at IMG but I also found out, even with my credit, I could have bought a better car for cheaper. More importantly I only received 1 key and was told that I could get another key for free from Toyota because it is a certified pre-owned vehicle and I also Purchased the extended warranty. However what I was not told was that when you purchased the extended warranty you void your rights under the certified preowned vehicle so now I have to pay over $200 for a second key which I never received from International Motor Group And I was never told that when I purchased the extended warranty that I would have to buy a second key. I feel like I was conned, lied to and deceived all so they could make money by selling me a car at an outrageous monthly cost. In fact I pay $360/month for a 2015 Scion Tc. DO NOT SHOP AT INTERNATIONAL MOTOR GROUP! There are many other dealerships they give you for better deals for far better vehicles and more importantly do not lie to you and they keep their word and warn you. From my understanding I was only gaining by paying more for the extended warranty I was not aware they in the process I was also losing certain benefits like the right to a second key which comes with any certified preowned vehicle especially one that is under warranty by Toyota itself. This place is a con, there are nice to you and they tell you what you want to hear so you buy a vehicle from them and once you buy the vehicle from them they no longer help you nearly as much as they do before you purchase a vehicle even though they say that they do. I would not recommend ever buying a vehicle from them and I would never even recommend even going there to look at any Vehicles because they pull you right into their lie game right away. More
