Good afternoon Tom, or can I call you by your real name, Todd? I appreciate the feedback that you posted in regard to your interaction with my Internet Experience Consultant, Haley Lima but I have to respond as I'm seeing a different story in the email exchanges that you had with her. Looks like on 03.02.24 at 5:24pm you inquired about one of my pre-owned vehicles here, which I personally responded back within a minute of the inquiry. I again followed up with you that same evening at 9:19pm with more information on the vehicle you expressed interest in. Looks like at 5:14pm on the 4th, you reached out to Haley to ask for a phone call from her in regard to the vehicle. Since it was past 5pm, she wasn't in the office any longer but I did respond to you via email at 9:31pm, in which I can see that you opened it and viewed it 3 times, the first being 10 hours after I sent it! Viewing the phone log, looks like Haley had left you a message on the 5th at 11:41am and then followed that up with an email at 11:43am, which again, I can see that you opened, read twice. I see on the 5th at 4:47pm you asked Haley if she could stay until 5:45, later then her scheduled time to leave at 5pm. She responded at 4:49pm that we are open until 6:30 and that someone else could better assist you for the time slot that worked best for you and at 4:52pm, your attitude changed drastically towards this young woman, in which you stated "So your not interested?? I will call your GM....It should not be this way". Well what shouldn't be "this way" Todd is not telling the public the entire story of your interaction here at IMG. Haley is an asset to the company, constantly following up and extremely helpful, sometimes too helpful but she is out to assist our clients to have the best experience possible compared to other dealers. She also has a set schedule that she lives by due to family and other obligations, which we then have Sales Associates or even myself to assist you when you arrive. To threaten her to call "her GM" isn't right as shen never once disrespected you, your time or expressed interest in the vehicle you inquired about. I wish you luck in your search, hope the experience lives up to your expectations and you find the vehicle that best fits your daily needs. But to start off with a fake name, to demand someone to stay to take care of you, when we have other people to do that, isn't the proper way for business to be set for success. Thank you again for the opportunity and the review, hope this refreshes a bit of what truly happened here at IMG of Warwick, RI

Some of your facts are TOTALLY incorrect! Buyer beware ! You were also very defensive and a bit abrasive when you called me. I have moved on to another dealership that respects my time and business!! I know you would like perfect feedback but the consumer needs to be aware!! Hence my feedback!
