I went in for an oil leak diagnostic and told them I had a leak on the front and back of the engine. Telling them I am pretty sure the oil housing is leaking along with something else. I then received a cal a leak on the front and back of the engine. Telling them I am pretty sure the oil housing is leaking along with something else. I then received a call about 10 min after I left and was told my car was ready and they found the oil housing leaking. I asked if they checked for another leak towards the rear of the engine and they went on to tell me that’s they didn’t. After I went to pick up my car I noticed a ton of oil hand prints on the inside of my car and on the hood. I am in disbelief as I thought going to the dealer they would at least be respectful and check for another leak on the back especially since I already told them about the oil housing. On the other side leaving with a ton of oil print handprints is unacceptable especially when you go to a higher end car dealer. More
