When I arrived the service department reps were friendly and professional. My service was done in the time I was told. The waiting area is very clean, had snacks, beverages, and WiFi. Tim was very thorough, polite and responsive while coordinating my service visit. The quality of work was very good. However when I went to pick up my car, the keys had been given to another customer coordinating my service visit. The quality of work was very good. However when I went to pick up my car, the keys had been given to another customer who was in my car when I arrived. Also in the 4 years that I have owned this Mini Clubman, with 74000 miles on it, I have replaced the brakes 3 times, replaced a motor mount, dog bone, oil filter housing, wheel rim and had multiple tire replacements. I still need to replace my shocks, struts and front axil. Parts are overpriced and of inferior quality. I have never spent so much on car maintenance and will never buy another Mini or BMW made product. More

When i pick up my car the service guy just gave me a car key and i walk to reception alone.When i got paper of service the receptionist just told me that my car is around the corner!I walk around parking lo key and i walk to reception alone.When i got paper of service the receptionist just told me that my car is around the corner!I walk around parking lot and around the building.Click with car key but couldn't find my car.Went back to service guy.He went out and find my car far around the building.When i got my car it wasn't even washed.I ask him to wash car it took him about 20 minutes .Finaly i got my car back!It is my fifth AUDI .Always had nice service!This time it was terrible More
