First of all, my service was with Audi not Mercedes Benz. The service department at Audi let my car sit for almost a month before performing the service that was only supposed to take a couple of days. They didn't even address the issues I asked them too. Thank goodness for Luke who took the time to listen to me and had the decency and experience to be able to address an issue before I left. The management of this service center is incompetent and does not take accountability, good employees and customers will continue leaving. More

Unhappy that my rear brake pads needed replacing with less than 20K miles, but the video diagnostic feature was helpful. The shuttle service was excellent!! When I received my car it worked fine for abou less than 20K miles, but the video diagnostic feature was helpful. The shuttle service was excellent!! When I received my car it worked fine for about an hour then an alert came up regarding my brake pads (which had just been replaced!) and I had to return the following day which was quite inconvenient. Tim the service mgr was very helpful upon my return and was able to reset the sensor or something and my car was fine within minutes, although I do not think this should have happened after spending a premium price for service. I also do not like that all my favorite radio stations were deleted and other personal settings were lost and I had to start over. I believe there should be a way to retain my settings even when a sensor is replaced (we own NAPA Auto Parts stores and know this technology is out there). I do love my MINI and will continue to do business with IA going forward. More

International BMW always gives me great customer service. The sales and service staff remember me by name and treat me very well! Ryan Tisa does a great job of helping me maintain our three BMWs.
