Purchased car with one black and one silver headlight. Tech that took care of me, Ryan, did not follow up with me after ordering part; I had to call after two weeks went by when part was supposed to take Tech that took care of me, Ryan, did not follow up with me after ordering part; I had to call after two weeks went by when part was supposed to take 3 days. After headlight was replaced I received a call that my side mirror, on my 4 month old vehicle was broken in their car wash. They assured me they would replace for free (no kidding). Spoke to manager, Eric who apologized in a very non-chalant manner. After me asking what they were going to do for me I was told I could keep their loaner vehicle until my car was fully repaired. BTW, when I hit in the loaner the gas gage had 40 miles until empty. Bad first experience with this dealerships service department! More

After getting my car serviced, I drove 4 miles and the check engine light went on. I took my car back to the service department. The next day I was told that my car needed an expensive crankcase tube re check engine light went on. I took my car back to the service department. The next day I was told that my car needed an expensive crankcase tube replaced. With less than 35,000 miles, this sounds fishy. I would not recommend this dealer. More
