I Honestly didn’t like service there . They didn’t have a loaner for me my car was there for more than a day and when it was ready no one gave me a call to let me know I had to keep on cal They didn’t have a loaner for me my car was there for more than a day and when it was ready no one gave me a call to let me know I had to keep on calling n asking. Plus the car came back with tires pressure all incorrect . I’ve been to diff Mercedes dealer and service was spectacular . But this one in milwaukee was disappointing . More

Jordan did a great job with taking care of me and my car. He was able to accommodate me with a loaner when Jessie identified a repair that would not be completed by the end of the day.
