I liked the service and communication. I responded to their text about picking up the car, that I would be picking up by a certain time. Bill was pre-paid on-line. Picked up the paperwork and key and then waited for a half hour to have the car brought around. Apparently it was parked in and they had to move other cars according to the service advisor. I know I might be petty with this comment but at rush hour it greatly affected my travel time home. I hope this feed-back helps. I'm not unhappy with the service. More
