I have been a customer of the International MINI service department since I moved back to Milwaukee in 2016, and this was the best appointment I've ever had. My car serviced more quickly than I had expected, and Tim was very communicative as he usually is. The best part, however, was the video that the MINI tech had filmed - it was reassuring to see under the hood of my car and have him tell me that everything looked good.
